Shipping Rates

Shipping is FREE on orders $40 or more!

Orders under $40, shipping is a $5 flat rate.

(Based upon subtotal, before tax is calculated.)

 

Shipping Process

Currently, we only ship within the US. 

Allow 4-6 days for an order to process and pack (by the 7th day, it’s on its way).

Gift messaging and gift receipts are no additional charge. Please add your specific request in the optional message field on the checkout page. 

You will receive a shipping notification once your package ships!

 

We REUSE AND RECYCLE shipping materials, so packaging may vary or display other information.  We seriously strive for minimal consumption and zero waste, so what we send our products in are materials from shipments we’ve received.

 

 

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

You may return a product, for any reason, within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds for returns and/or reimbursed shipping costs are determined on a case-by-case basis.

To request a refund or exchange, contact us directly and we will provide instructions to complete a return. 

Only UNOPENED and UNUSED products with receipt or proof of purchase are eligible for full refunds.

Opened products or missing proof of purchase will be eligible for exchanges and/or partial refunds.

We cannot refund gift cards or clearance products, only regularly, promotional, and sale priced products can be refunded.

If you buy a product during a sale or promotion, we will honor the price at the time of your purchase, regardless of the end of the sale or promotion. For example, if the item returns to regular price after your purchase, we will refund or exchange the price you paid, not the regular price. 

 

To Process A Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund with a short explanation.

If you are approved for a full or partial refund, your refunded amount will be automatically processed back to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. If you do not receive your refund after 15 days, please contact us. 

 

To Return For An Exchange

Contact us directly and we will provide instructions to process your return and request an exchange. 

Damaged products can only be exchanged for a replacement of the same product.

You can exchange any product for any equally valued item or choose pay the difference if you request to exchange for a higher valued item. 

 

Gift Returns and Exchanges

You can request an exchange for a product received as a gift, however we cannot refund any orders except through the original purchaser.

Contact us directly if you’d like to return your gifted item and we will provide instructions to process your request for an exchange.

You can exchange any product for any equally valued item or choose to pay the difference if you request to exchange for a higher valued item.
